1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by icGeneralContractor, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

icGeneralContractor provides property inspection, renovation, and general contracting services. All services are subject to availability and our team's scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Free Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all prospective projects. All estimates provided are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary based on hidden damages discovered during work, material cost fluctuations, or scope changes requested by the client. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

4. Limitation of Liability

icGeneralContractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty for a period up to one (1) year on all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brooklyn, New York.

7. Maintenance Subscriptions & Eligibility

Scheduled maintenance plans (Smart Service, Premium Care, Priority Care) require a minimum of 3 equipment units to enroll. Plan 1 (On-Demand) has no minimum unit requirement and is available for all clients. Locations with a high volume of equipment (over 15 units) are eligible for a Custom Quote with specialized volume pricing. Maintenance subscriptions are billed per visit, and loyalty discounts apply only to active members. Clients can cancel or change their plan at any time before 48 hours of the next scheduled visit.

8. Payment & Deposit Policy

For all projects, a deposit is required to secure scheduling and materials. For small projects, payment deposits must be cleared at least 2 days prior to the project start date. For large projects, deposits must be cleared at least 5 days prior. We accept payments via Cash, Zelle, and Checks made payable to Wealthy Trade Inc. All invoices are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

  • For small projects, must be paid 2 days, excluding Weekends & Holidays prior the project started.
  • For larger projects, 5 days is required.

Taxes

Will be added to any applicable items and services.

Payment

Must be fully paid after the job is done.

Invoice

  • You must register your account on our system at https://www.icgeneralcontractor.com/en/login.
  • Our system will email you a digital proposal and a digital invoice to your email within 72 hours, excluding Weekends and Holidays.
