Your unique referral code is automatically generated when you create an account. You can find it in your Profile page under the 'Referral Program' section.
When do I receive the $50 credit?
Credits are awarded automatically when the person you referred completes their first project and their invoice is fully paid. The credit is added to your Wallet balance instantly.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! There is no cap on referrals. The more people you refer, the more credits you earn. Each successful referral earns you $50.
How can I spend my referral credits?
You can stack your credits and use them to pay for any future invoice! This includes new renovation projects, repairs, or subscribing to our Maintenance Care Plans. You can cover up to 50% of any single invoice using your credits.
Do referral credits expire?
No, referral credits do not expire. Once earned, they remain in your account until you use them.
How is my Customer Tier calculated?
Your tier is based on the total number of completed projects. As you complete more projects with us, your tier automatically upgrades, unlocking better perks, longer warranties, and deeper discounts.
Program Terms & Conditions
- Referral credits are awarded when the referred customer's first project is completed and their invoice is fully paid.
- Credits can be stacked and applied to any future invoice, including new projects, repairs, or Maintenance Care Plans.
- A maximum of 50% of any single invoice total can be paid using referral credits. The remaining balance must be paid via standard payment methods.
- Self-referrals are not permitted. The referrer and referee must be different individuals or entities.
- Credits cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and are only applicable to IC General Contractor services.
- IC General Contractor reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time with reasonable notice.
- Fraudulent referral activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all credits.
