1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by icGeneralContractor, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
icGeneralContractor provides property inspection, renovation, and general contracting services. All services are subject to availability and our team's scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary based on hidden damages discovered during work, material cost fluctuations, or scope changes requested by the client. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
4. Limitation of Liability
icGeneralContractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
5. Warranty
We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brooklyn, New York.
